We are committed to food safety and our requirements surpass the industry standard. Our distribution warehouse in Miami is food safety audited yearly by PrimusGFS. The family farms in which we source from are also audited per GAP standard (Good Agricultural Practices) and have current Global Gap certifications. Everything that is sourced by us can be traced back to the farm in which it was picked from and on what date. We don't mess around with the safety of our produce.
