We're sorry — that's not the box we wanted you to open. Every order is backed by our Arrive Fresh Guarantee, and we'll make it right.
What to do
Take a photo of the affected fruit, ideally in the box as it arrived.
Reach out within 24 hours of delivery. This is the one part we can't be flexible on — fruit changes quickly, and the 24-hour window lets us tell the difference between a shipping issue and natural ripening.
Send it over by chatting with us right here, emailing [email protected], or calling (786) 758-4787.
What we'll do
We look at every claim individually. Depending on what happened, we'll offer one of the following:
A replacement of the affected item or box
A credit toward your next order
A partial or full refund
Tell us what would work best for you when you reach out — we'll do our best to accommodate.
What's covered
Fruit or roots that arrive damaged — including when the carrier is at fault
Spoilage caused by late delivery or rough handling by UPS or FedEx
Items missing from your box
What isn't covered
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout
Refused deliveries
Fruit that spoils because the box wasn't brought inside on the guaranteed delivery date
A quick note on returns
Because everything we ship is perishable, we can't accept returns — please don't send fruit back to us. The guarantee above is how we make things right instead.
Before you file
Tropical fruit often arrives firm and ripens on your counter over a few days. If your fruit looks healthy but feels hard, that's usually by design. If you're not sure, send us a photo anyway. We'd always rather take a look.
